Join our Aviation Maintenance Pathway (AMP) Program
Before you step onto the line as an Endeavor aircraft maintenance technician, we want you to feel confident and prepared while in the classroom. Our Aviation Maintenance Pathway (AMP) Program is designed to educate, engage, and mentor students who want to become AMTs with Endeavor Air. Through AMP, you will be able to connect with our team – at recruitment events and/or online – as they’re here to answer your questions and ensure you are on the runway to success.

The Maintenance Controller has exposure to the overall airline operation. The controller provides technical oversight and coordinates the repair of aircraft, makes decisions associated with maintaining scheduled operations and works directly with operation side of the Operations Control Center. In addition to providing direction for aircraft maintenance, the position interfaces with other departments in addition to Technical Operations providing a solid understanding of the overall airline operation.
